API Usage and Subscription Plans

Access to and usage of the API may be tiered based on your subscription plan. Each plan typically includes a specific quota of video processing minutes or a number of API calls per month.

  • Free Tier (if applicable): May include a limited number of processing minutes per month (e.g., 60 minutes) for evaluation and non-commercial use.
  • Standard/Pro Tiers: Offer higher quotas (e.g., 300+ minutes) and potentially access to more features or higher rate limits.
  • Enterprise Tiers: Provide custom quotas, dedicated support, and potentially other benefits tailored to large-scale usage.

Exceeding Quotas

If you exceed the processing quotas allocated to your subscription plan, your API access might be temporarily throttled, or overage charges may apply as per the terms of your plan. We recommend monitoring your usage via your account dashboard to avoid service interruptions.

Relationship to API Rate Limits

Billing quotas (e.g., monthly processing minutes) are distinct from the technical API Rate Limits (e.g., requests per minute, concurrent jobs). You must adhere to both.
